User Experience, User Interface and Product Design
UX design brings together systematic thinking and real human needs.
I focus on clarity, consistency, and creating digital experiences that feel intuitive and meaningful.
My background in graphic design helps me shape interfaces that are visually balanced, emotionally engaging, and easy to understand.
My aim is to build products where every detail works together.
The design not only looks good, but actually guides people and supports what they want to achieve.

“It’s not enough that we build products that function, that are understandable and usable,
we also need to build products that bring joy and excitement, pleasure and fun, and yes, beauty to people’s lives.”

creator of the term UX/

Used softwares

Moodboard
Following a detailed research and discovery phase based on Design Thinking methodologies (including interviews design brief, affinity mapping, etc.), the development was preceded by the creation of moodboards, wireframes, an extensive design system, detailed UI, and an interactive prototype. Client feedback was gathered throughout the process, and the design was iteratively refined according to their insights.

Design brief and Affinity map
Working closely with business analysts and the system architect, we rationalized several initially unstructured features and layouts, significantly simplifying the overall user experience. The renewed UI received positive feedback from the outset.

Wireframes
Each module required a deep understanding of its specific functionality and client needs. This called for fresh ideation every time — in practice, many modules had to be redesigned almost from scratch.

Message – Workflow Interface
A key objective for the UI was to achieve a consistent visual appearance that evokes the Innodox brand — allowing users to recognize, even by the color palette alone, which company’s software they are working with.
Working on enterprise document management software required careful handling of legacy workflows, domain-specific terminology, and complex system constraints. Rather than aiming for oversimplification, the focus was on improving clarity, consistency, and learnability across the interface.
User training and ongoing feedback played an important role in refining the product and supporting continuous improvement.
